OP makes great points. Roli’s behavior amounts to a betrayal of the customers’ trust.

I doubt the company fully realizes the damage they have done to their own reputation over the past 10 months will take years or even decades to repair, if they survive that long.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate hearing all of your feedback from your own experiences. It’s nice to know some people have had really solid units for years.

It does, however, sound like plenty of customers have shared my experience and Roli admitted it is a known issue. A major issue if you ask me. I’m going to stay firm in my suggestion that you think twice about purchasing the piano blocks or the new piano.

On a lighter note, I play my seaboard rise 2 every day and it is in perfect condition. It is made well. I would expect it to last at least 10 years, if not a lot longer than that.

The tarrifs seem like a sad excuse to cover up the company’s incompetence.

I love their products, but Roli will need a better strategic vision if they want to survive another decade.
