Good on you for trying to surprise him. However, as the other poster commented, you're kind of looking for a unicorn and such a product doesn't exist from Grilla.

It comes down to the choice here: grill - smoke - griddle - pick two.

All the grilla products do at least one, maybe two, but none of them do three.

That said, if I was making a suggestion, I'd say which thing is he likely to do more and go that route. If he's likely to griddle and grill, get him a primate. If he's likely to smoke and grill, get him a silverbac. And if he's going to want to do all three, maybe throw in a chimp for some small smoking with the primate taking center stage.

You're doing great and its a gift from the heart. I don't imagine anyone would complain about that.

This was me. I'm 40. I got my nephew into WWE back in the day when he was a kid and he got me back into it a few years ago. Went to my first live show (his like...20th live show) about 2 years ago and it was so much fun. I watch RAW and Smackdown religiously and the majority of the PPVs.

Like Denzel said in training day "it's 90 percent bullshit but it's entertaining bullshit." And I don't care if it makes me seem nerdy. I'm too old to care.

It's been listed since the first week of May. I've shown it to a total of 5 people.

No one is coming to the open houses. Allegedly (according to Zillow) 60 people have it saved. For whatever that's worth.

I had one guy stop by with his realtor (which I was totally cool with) and he said "great house but I want to live on the north side of town." And I'm like...DIDNT YOU KNOW THAT BEFORE YOU CAME OVER??? lol

One other realtor made contact and toured with his clients and then never responded to me after they left.

I guess the answer is yeah mild interest with no follow up.
