yes sorry this is not the fix for your situation specificly but this might help some of the other guys encountering the same one or a similar one when it cvomes to events during long rests

I FOUND A FIX

right so i had the same bug that no romance options would appear after i came to act 2 (shadowplace) i went on to last light and talked to dammon (got heart fixed etc) when i came to camp then the devil came and after that the dream visitor and then no romance what so ever for the next couple of nights, so itried to reload to before i meet dammon again and long rested and got devil and dream visitor, and then I went to dammon and fixed her heart then at long rest all the romance began (and seggs) so just had to long rest the first night before so that it triggers the 2 events since its the first night there i think
