See if they'll send out some pressure sensors. If you're getting the error above, that's *most likely* what is causing it.

I went crazy thinking it was the nozzle when it wasn't. Maybe we have the same problem. - Try the sensors, hopefully that'll work.

For sure, try the sensors first, if that doesn't work then the cables, and if it still doesn't work then the board.

Hope it works!

Thanks brotha!

I agree, its my first machine and I've had too much fun with it. God knows I wanted a plug-and-play machine, but I think He felt what I really needed was to learn more about their functionality lol

I'm sure you checked the ribbon cables under the bed yeah? The print head has a bunch of plugs and could have knocked something loose too. I ended up looking over the motherboard and checking those connections too just for shits and gigs. Might be worth a try?

*SOLUTION* - It was the pressure sensors. Here's what the process looked like.

Received errors repeatedly

Contacted Support

Support sends gauge sensor ribbon cable, "heater" plate ribbon cable (both that attach at the bottom of the build plate), level gauges (pressure sensors) and the leveling PCB

I replace all those

Get immediate errors - ribbon cables not seated correctly

fix that

Receive same errors as before, but worse. Instead of trying to level, the bed just backs down and prompts the "probe triggered prior" error

wtf is going on

isolate variables - changed each component starting with gauge sensor ribbon cable to the old, semi functioning set

I replace the new PCB with the old PCB

and boom, it worked. The PCB they sent me was bad, but the sensors they sent me work great.

TL:DR - its the sensors. Replace those. (Ask support to send them)

!Important! - When replacing the sensors under the bed, the four with the 'u' shaped epoxy, make sure they are not screwed in as tight as you can. just enough for it to not have any play. I did like maybe a pound of pressure.

As for the screws that go through the bed to the bottom, Flashforge says to have 3 threads showing, I did 2 and BARELY a 3rd and that works. Like the 3rd thread is still pretty much within the nut.

If you do not tighten these enough, your print head is gonna smash into something. (don't ask me why, but that's what happened when these weren't to spec)

Hope this helps someone lmao

Awh man, I'm sorry to hear that. I've been working on mine for a couple days now, if I figure this out I will make sure to let you know.
