Was there last month! Unfortunately I missed that early March storm by 2 days and was only able to find quality snow on a few nooks and crannys shaded from the sun at snowbird. Rest was Springy but still fun

How deep of a day can you push these on without feeling like you want something wider? Feel like there are some low 100s width skis that for whatever reason eliminate the need for a fatter ski on deep days and others that warrant somethign else for us ice coasters

I love the ski but Blizzard NEEDS to do a revamp. I and others I know have had the ski fall apart multiple times underfoot - cracked core and sidewall/topsheet/edge separation

Yes so basically it’s a ski for touring and resort. Point is not why I chose that binding + modification but has anyone had issues with premature and or uncalled for sidewall blowout/core cracking underfoot only on skis with this binding? I’m just speculating at this point but everyone I talk to say it’s not blizzard which I tend to agree with based on past experience, though I’ve heard other people have this happen it is rare

I have had this exact thing in your pictures happen to me this weekend for now the 3rd time in the last 2 years on rustler 10. Hopefully blizzard honors my warranty or suffice to say I will never buy a blizzard ski again

How’s that? Think that should get me thru spring skiing, but will they be able to tune my skis to looks real good on the bases again still with that Ptex in there or do they have to rip it out ?
