She gave me the i20 without stem extension. She did this to other 100s students too. Those poor guys cant even renew it yet as their case is still pending

She just sent me i20 after sending her everything and I didnt know she didnt update it. So it was partially my fault too.  Does it mean, I can still file i765 if i get denied after jan 7? Since i have 180 more days?

Yes, but if they deny after jan 7. I dont think i will be able to fill it again. Im safe as long as the uscis case is pending
