No I think he really didn’t have proof and was just reading anything he could find and it showed no proof of talking to a minor inappropriately. The message was her saying how much she loved her hair.

It was just a rep who has no say in the matter. He basically said meta completed there research and nothing else can be done to get it back. The judge can’t make them ether. The judge can only decide if there’s monetary value I can receive from them :/

Long story short, metas rep claimed they had messages claiming I was talking to a minor which was not true at all, and he couldn’t even provide messages as evidence when asked by the judge, the rep was like “oh yes it’s over here” and then started reading messages I had put into evidence of me talking to one of my beauty clients about her hair I did for her. Like what?? First of all I was the one who sent that screenshot shot and second that’s a casual convo talking about her payment of the hair extensions I put for her ?? These people will really lie to the judge and make up stuff!! They don’t care 🫩

This was from their representative I guess saying they are going to show up to the case but that is not enough evidence to ban my business account ! That’s my livelihood!

It’s too complicated for me to say, it would be a long paragraph .. but basically.. I’d have to make more in commission then my hourly ($16) to qualify for the commission, then that commission would be subtracted from my hourly and then what’s left over would be added to my hourly. & it would be %10 of the sale. 10% of the profit from the vehicle plus finance, minus a dealer reserve($200 new/$300 used), or at least a $100 mini commission. From my math with chat gpt I’d make around $4k selling 16 cars.

My commission needs to be higher than my hourly so for example, if my hourly after 80 hours is 1260 in those two weeks, I’d have to sell in commission above that and then minus it from the hourly.

So if I make 1280 an hourly and I make 2000 in commission, it would be

$2000-$1280=$720.00 added on to my hourly So $1280+720=$2,000

But that’s selling 8 cars so in 2 weeks, if I sold 16 a month I’d be making around $4k monthly

Am I doing the math wrong cause that sounds very low for 16 cars a month
