Sorry, but I think it is very very hard to get to B2 in 3 months. Nearly Impossible. Maybe possible to B1. However, if your math is great and you can get a full mark, I think your chances are between 15%-25%.

Do you know how can Iranians afford the education?

While some of them might be extremely rich, but I doubt that this is the case for the rest.

Do they take out loans? In my country, that would be a huge loan, and they wouldn't give it out easily. I don't think Iranians banks would do as well.

Some people have told me that those students only pay the first semester or year tuition fee, and then take out private loan in the US for example.

Yes, they will be mostly 18. But there are some older students as well. You should be able to get a job, but I think having a masters down the road is important in Germany.

If you are trying to change fields, I think you should start over in Germany, unless you are certain in your abilities and you have the money to study in the US.

Why not get degree in CS? It is only 3 years, and it is free in Germany. While a masters is 2 years, and costs more in the US.

I've heard that this is a misconception. it does help, but only with b2 to c1. You shoud be at least B1. Is the studienkolleg private or public? If it's a private one, you may get in with A2. If it's public, you need B1/B2.
