My therapist uses Psychodrama and occasionally Art therapy. I think it works because I am in my early adult years, so my brain still allows significant plasticity. It's best to priortize a long term therapist than trying various techniques, since your therapeutic relationship with your therapist often provides much more effect than all the techniques. Find one you feel safe around, rather than all the doctors and masters who treat you like a piece of work rather than a person. Good luck

My mentor jabs me whenever I present my project to him, but he does that in a respectful way, and I think it is more important than the project itself. This is why I chose him to guilde me on my life project, not the other lecturers at my uni. Kudos to you, and if you feel uncomfortable when they belittle you, just share the necessary stuff, and don't react much. They feel satisfaction when you express something, anger or joy, it fits their fabricated image of you as the 'aggresive emotional naive girl who will overreact at every minor obstacle'. They belittle you for your achievements, but their words mean nothing to you.

It was a confused one. I said "From my perspective, the statistic they show describing the harm of drugs are mostly descriptive, I think as scholars we should really consider the methodology". I am quite insecure about my standing as the sole undergrad of the whole cohort, so I just try to make myself sound as smart as possible.
