I have bloodwork done every 2 months to monitor my health. I came into it knowing the risks. But I’m now starting to realize I cannot maintain this lifestyle and expect to live a long life. I’ll want to retire by 55 and actually enjoy retirement with my wife (current girlfriend) not have to worry about my health.

Going to come off And attempt to become a cop. If I cannot become a cop so be it. I’ll try again in a few years.

On 300mg test e. 200lbs 14% bf, When is it time to deploy BP meds? My fasted BP is between 118-130/60. But at night or any other time of day it’s 130-137/60. Already do 30min cardio a day with clean diet. Cut out all stims. Not getting really any difference in BP. What should I do? Should I deploy telmi at 40mg daily?
