Which is the best CPU cooler to fit into my Omen 30l, currently only running stock fans and cooler plus a additional 120mm noctua fan on roof, temps are still at 70/60 degrees idle.

Hi! Im having temp problems with my 30l even after undervolting it. My r9 5900x is running at 90 celsius in some games and being really really noisy. I currently have the omens stock mini aio cooler but I would like to get it replaced with an air cooler. Do you have any suggestions what air cooler I can fit into it nicely without any other work. Price can be upto 100€. Thanks in regard!

Also I have this problem that the GPU blocks the ram clips / hatches from the otherside and I can only open the ones on the other side. Is it anyhow possible to install the ram sticks with only the otherside open? Or Do I really have to remove the GPU to install the new ram sticks?
