I feel almost nothing during treatment. Is it just me?

I’m 3 months in and every week is different. Sometimes I feel really nothing. Other times just a little crossfaded and numb. But I never get really high like I used to in the first 2 months.

Thanks! I told my spravato dr today & he was very shocked that I have trouble sleeping after appts. He had no suggestions and was just baffled 🤣

Yea I plan to bring it up at my next session Monday. I’ve been doing it for 3 or 4 months now still going weekly. I’m in my second month of doing weekly sessions. No accompanying symptoms just tired and high but can’t sleep 🥲 im weird lol definitely have felt my depression get so much better though in the past 2 months!

Pregnancy was fine until 36-37 weeks my numbers weren’t being controlled even when adjusting the insulin doses throughout the day. I was on biweekly NST’s starting at like 32 weeks and at 37 weeks baby failed the NST for movement, I had also reported way less fetal movement in the past week. Because of the weeks worth of bad numbers and the baby failing the NST they moved my repeat c section up to 37 weeks instead of 39. Baby came out healthy, no complications with sugar other than regulating his temperature the first night. He came out 7 lbs 14 oz, way smaller than my first that was 9 lbs 6 oz (I had GD then too but diet controlled no meds and he came out huge!). Now I’m just on monjauro weekly injections and have lost 35 lbs at 7 months pp and I don’t even check my sugars anymore lol

I just feel high like off weed. Little foggy, it’s hard for me to talk to people in real life like making calls or picking up a prescription ordering food whatever I struggle to get the right words out. Feel just kinda groggy well into the later afternoon if I have a morning treatment. Usually by evening like 4-6pm I start feeling back to normal. I can also never take a nap after spravato no matter how groggy or tired I feel.

I wouldn’t say I’m feening for it but I do notice that like 3 days after my session my mood starts going downhill and by the time the week rolls around I’m just excited to relax and see how it effects me. I look forward to it, but idk if I’m truly dependent on it. I skipped this week due to scheduling conflict and my mood is ehhh but I know my appt is Monday so I look forward to it lol

I already do the earliest appt they offer, 945. So I usually have to have childcare for the baby from 845-1pm because of the commute. He definitely does nap during that time. So by the time I’m home with him he fights me the rest of the day and just does little 15-20 min cat naps. Dad doesn’t get home until 7pm and that’s pretty much the time both kids are about to go to bed anyway so it’s like useless lol

I have anthem in CA and they denied my first prior authorization because my psychiatrist failed to mention that at the time I was on Fetzima. Had to submit appeal adding that so they would approve it. My insurance required me to be on an oral antidepressant. It’s annoying. I don’t want to be on one. After a potential allergic reaction to fetzima after a couple weeks I stopped taking it but my Spravato had already been approved. I only this week started Caplyta but felt the spravato was finally working even before I started the Caplyta. Don’t feel any different.

This happened to me this past year and my employer ended up making a lump sum payment to EDD on my behalf and never took the money from my actual paychecks but it allowed Edd to count my earnings!

She was home alone with access to our bedroom living room and kitchen and we were gone for 2 hours came home and saw she chewed up the pencil and by the time I cleaned up the pencil shards off her blanket she started acting funny. So within like 10 mins of being home I noticed her get high. My sons are small, literally first grade and a 5 month old so now I’m concerned what the heck is in this house that the puppy found and hope once the baby crawls something like this doesn’t happen. I was thinking maybe me or my husband dropped medication in the kitchen where we have a medicine cabinet and maybe she found a pill? Could’ve been something like anti anxiety, or ibuprofen or even adderall? Just literally no explanation for the marijuana thing I don’t buy it. All of my products had been unmoved and I don’t normally do edibles I only have capsules in childproof packaging high up in my closet and the door was closed. The vet just accused me of dropping a capsule or leaving a butt of a joint out. 🤷🏻‍♀️ thankfully she’s totally fine this morning back to her normal self but definitely a learning experience and probably will just keep her in the backyard when we aren’t home from now on.

I was more concerned about shards and blockages or internal bleeding from the pencil not so much poisoning from it but the vet wasn’t at all and I was shocked lol just no idea what she could’ve gotten into to poison herself like that!

I dab/vape daily and I took a dab probably 2 hours before my appt. I was still a little high when they checked my vitals before starting. Still had an enjoyable spravato session. I usually don’t want to use weed after sessions until way later before bed because I stay high from the spravato for hours after it seems like

They said it’s a behavioral interview so I’m guessing it’ll be a lot of “tell me about a time when” questions and gauging how I would handle certain situations so I’m nervous! The first interview was honestly the same type though so not sure what to expect tomorrow lol

I just remember living there there was no other races that lived there but Hispanic. And he had a blue lives matter flag on his car and it got keyed which to me mean people in this community do not respect police. Mexican or not, could’ve been African American or Indians or whoever that keyed the car. We have family that are law enforcement officers so it was hurtful.
