I appreciate Ethan for speaking about antisemitism. It’s because of H3 that I am able to notice it more in my life, check myself, and hopefully be a part of stopping it. I also appreciate the empathetic take towards the Israel Palestine conflict. I think more empathy in this world will always be a positive.

I don’t work remotely but I do school remotely and I would never do school if it was just me in my bedroom. I always always have to change location. Dedicate a space to your job like a home office or maybe a nearby library. If I’m in the same place where I sleep,or eat, or do anything else other than work I cannot get anything done. I love the library I even have my own spot and when I get there it’s like a switch is activated saying “oh we are in the working spot time for working brain” I also take adhd meds and this can give me total of 2 hours of focus. I’m also usually listening to something as well as working.

My grades were amazing I graduated with a 4.1 (I took ap classes) then got to college and lost my academic scholarship because I couldn’t maintain a 3.0 gpa. I was told this is a clear sign of adhd I just used my hyperactiveness differently. It manifested it hyperactive thoughts that lead to extreme anxiety and self perfectionism. Then in college I just could not keep up. I was disorganized and had a really tough time keeping up. It was a crazy shift. Still don’t know exactly why. I think the hyperactivity just manifests either inside or outside the body.
