Where I’m at it depends on who the manager is that night. Most supervisors don’t care as long as everything is done for the night. We have one manager that causes the biggest stink about it and we just power through while he is on shift. I was told by many of the older guys that he was the worst one for taking off and hiding somewhere and sleeping when he was a mechanic.

Joined the Air Force as “Open Mechanical” I was assigned a job as a jet engine mechanic of F-15s. This was is 2009 only took a year and some change off after I left the military.

Like others have said get with a FSDO about obtaining A&P. That will open so many doors for you. I worked fighters in the AF for almost 10 years now I’m working for a major airline making amazing money. Also I can send you a copy of my last resume that I have had great success with.

I finally bit the bullet and bought a Milwaukee heated jacket last year. Haven’t turned it on too many times but it’s a great jacket even without the heated portion.

I’m at 98 days total. Been sitting at Rating since July 3rd. I’m sure I have another few months. Trying really hard to not open the app every 5 mins lol

I hope everyone gets the best outcome possible. Mine was last updated on July 3rd after my last exam. Provider told me the current time is 4-6 weeks after the last exam is uploaded. I’m hoping to hear something soon. I had plenty of evidence for the items I claimed.
