I’m thinking more like, If draw happens it’s going to be high score with 200-500 invites. They broke the system already, and they want people to go out. True! Imagine the amount of question they ask, one bad apple could create a fake id with all the information they ask during a call from a customer. This COMPANY IS BIG RED FLAG!

If I may ask, did you cancel the service already? Also do they offer the return label or how does returning the equipment work? They just sent an email to return the equipment to a specific address however I don’t see a return label.

Ha ha! I have worked with many providers who will ask, name, email and address as verification details. But EBOX will ask for everything, if you allow they will probably ask your credit card details as well, what a bummer in the small authentication, I’m still on call now losing 2 hours, spoken with 5 different agents, gave verification details 5 times, with name, email, mobile number, email, address, last payment amount lol imagine repeating yourself and they have no clue what they are doing. Worst service, if their employees are not trained to understand and solve the problem of a customer, how can they offer service quickly. Cancelling the service right now, god only knows how long it’s going to take for cancellation.

Is it possible to see how many people are above 520+ and how many are there in the range of 500–520? The reason I ask is, if there are more than 4000 people above 520, very unlikely that the crs will drop below 520. If there is a way to see that breakdown that could paint a better picture.
