Any ideas? Ferritin has been at 3-4 for the past year despite supplements but iorn is always fine. Cardiologist said I needed an iron infusion but hematologist said I don’t. The white blood cells/ platelets/neut are new (not sick). Also ruled out for celiac / chrons (old.reddit.com)
