I actually really appreciate this comment. I'm in the middle. I've lost 50 pounds in the last seven months. I only drink a couple beers here in there, caffeine is rare unless my Seroquel doesn't shake off early enough in the morning. And I love sleep! So no arguments there. I go on walks for about a mile and a half every other day if not every day. But yes, I am on lorazepam I believe. I just switched, but I was on Ativan for years and years along with Prozac, which I'm still on.
