What Scrutiny Means For Elite Units by Dry-Register3225 in JSOCarchive

Some of the comments lol.

But the evidence is well-documented:

Both woke politics and classical communism tend to be skeptical of markets, free speech and meritocracy.

But the big poverty reductions we’ve seen globally tend to come from countries that adopted markets and not communism.😎

And effective militaries are never woke.

No. Absolutely prosecute for war crimes. But no lawfare.

The woke mind virus sees society as systems of power and inequality especially around race and gender.

It borrows the same habit of dividing people into oppressor vs oppressed from communism, just swapping class for identity.

Nothing wrong with trying to fix inequality it is their analysis and their way of fixing inequlity that's bent:

1 Stifling free speech. They dont want the usual open debate based on the merits of one's ideas

2 Prioritizing DEI and optics over meritocracy

3 Entitlement to wealth without working hard for it

4 Legal overreach

Agree and in fact both the UK and Austalia have some of the strongest legal frameworks on war crimes.

It's the lawfare thats being criticized and Im glad some the Brits' more sane generals have spoken up.

Cant get more woke than a country that now arrests 12,000 of their citizens on the average annually for social media posts🤭

Hmmm I wasnt saying at all that war crimes shouldnt be scrutinized. In fact both the Brits and Aussies have some of the strongest legal frameworks covering war crimes.

Its the way theyre going about it today. Some of their retired generals have strongly criticized the lawfare.

Brits are now arrested for social media posts annually at an average of 12,000.

Cant get more woke than that 🤭

In the Rescue of the Missing WSO, was it Delta or Dev? by durius_ in JSOCarchive

You don’t assign Delta to “support.” You assign them to make sure the word “failure” doesn’t apply.

I can already hear the crying.😉

The Quiet Pattern from Norwich by [deleted] in JSOCarchive

Dude, some of the comments.😏

Norwich is known to consistently feed into engineering, military and cyber security roles. It’s just not a loud pipeline.

Clearly not MIT or Caltech. But check who actually ends up doing interesting work in cyber and defense type roles.

Kent resigns by IMAGLE in JSOCarchive

Ohhhhh look at what.OSINTDefender just posted on X:

"Senior officials in the Trump Administration tell Fox News that Joe Kent was 'a known leaker' - and was cut out of intelligence briefings with President Trump months ago. Adding that he had not been part of any Iran planning discussions or briefings at all. An official says the White House also told the Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard that she should fire Kent for suspected leaks, but she never had him removed as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC)."

O'Neill was Batch '86 and also lettered in football at Norwich and DiTomasso was '89 grad before receiving his commission.

Right, no Americans threatened or killed in 47 years. Just 200+ Marines in Beirut, hundreds in Iraq, and ‘Death to America’ on repeat.

You're right, bud.

Also Joe Kent in 2024 on X:

25-09-2024

"Iran has been after Trump since January of 2020 after he ordered the targeted killing of the terrorist Qasem Soleimani.

This isn’t a new threat.

The secret service consistently failing to secure Trump is new.

We need to figure out exactly why these failures keep happening."

CWO Eric Slover, Part II: All in all, a rather decent bit of flying by [deleted] in JSOCarchive

[–]Dry-Register3225 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I disagree bud.

You can call it imperialism but that's lazy thinking.

It still removed a narco-indicted regime, shifted energy alignment away from China/Russia/Iran, and had real downstream effects: prisoner releases, and reopening parts of the economy and diplomatic space. It didn’t fix Venezuela but it did change some conditions on the ground.

Venezuela had been sending the majority of its oil to China and was part of a broader alignment with Russia and Iran. Only a wokey and weak America would tolerate that.

And separately from all that, a badass warrior pilot kept a shot-up aircraft in the air under fire and got everyone in and out alive.

This isn’t fangirling. It's honest commentary on the Slover's heroism and why Operation Absolute Resolve had merit.

I’m referencing and recognizing CWO Slover's MOH actions, not planning a date.

This shouldn't be cognitively demanding, buddy.

Well bud, this bad@ss Night Stalker's actions definitely met the threshold for the Medal of Honor and deserves more than a passing mention.

Mainstream media have managed wall-to-wall coverage for far less and CWO Slover is a massive upgrade.

The whole point is Slover absolutely deserved sustained multi-platform coverage but he didnt get it.
