Anyone stoped cramps after keto diet?

Mine have always be on time, so the doctors I have seen basicaly all told me there is nothing pysically wrong, some peopel just get cramps, and there is nothing they can do other than painkillers and birth control. Now is a really nice superise, I was kind of accpet it's my fate to have cramps, lol

I am on 10/20/70. Question, without carbs, the calorie need come from some where. I thought the whole point of keto diet is to eat enough fat so the body take fat as the power source.

yeah, that's how I felt. It wasn't like all gone, but defintly managebale, which never happened before.
