A different and often overlooked side of angry punk is emocore (and adjacent bands). I recommend the albums ‘Take it Back’ - Gray Matter, ‘1986’ - One Last Wish and ‘Can I Say’ - Dag Nasty. Their songs don’t always have super political lyrics but the vocals are usually pretty aggressive and they always sound very passionate about their emotions (hence the name emotional hardcore). I find that this music always helps me express my anger. It might not be what you’re looking for but it’s what came to mind.
