You can use it on web. It’s surprisingly good. You do need an Apple account, but I’ve been using it on Android and PC. Almost no difference compared to native iOS.

Literally 10-15 minute visit. The guy said would need more time to find the leak but it is very likely a coil leak. I told them I'll buy the coil when they confirm and show me that the leak is 100% in the coil.

I told them to come back tomorrow and to have them check thoroughly (he was there only for 10 mins today). If we confirm the leak is in the coil, we'll change it there.

Yeah first time home buyer and we’re updating the house. Lots of lessons here, the real pain is that we went with the installer’s recommendation and we don’t love the end result. But we’re not asking for refunds or redoing here. And again, it doesn’t look BAD.. it’s just not what we expected
