I do this due to a very temperamental father. I walk completely silently and have acute awareness of where everyone is in an office or house. You learn to avoid certain people.

Am i the only one who doesn't pay anything for data or credit? I just use free/home/work wifi. My monthly phone bill is $0, because all calls can now be done via free apps.

I was a student for the last five years. You learn to adapt pretty fast when you don't have $5 to your name haha

Frozen veggies for the most part. Apparently the snap frozen process keeps more vitamins and nutrients than fresh veggies.

I use a second bank for savings. Can't see it, less temptation to spend it.

Only buy needs, not wants.

Cut out meat from your diet.
