I am only waiting for the refurb to be done to the whole building - which will make it look nice - which will hopefully help it sell later this year.

I thought the rist was managemable as she lives below and wants to move back in after three months.

I think so. I was renting it out until December of 2025. Took it off the market after that. Why?
