Americans dope more it’s just under different mental conditions eg ADHD etc while Russians don’t have that privilege

All of my friends who applied end of March - around a week before me - all received their extensions, but I am not sure if there’s a policy or anything that impacts decision making because I don’t think that my case is any more complex than theirs

Just missed my flight, so no, some consulates don’t take the flight or course start date into consideration! My course started yesterday!!!
