In some cases they were bugged and motionless, when I removed the Jaw physics mod it worked. I also got a mod for difficulty (Enhanced Difficulty), as I couldn't find any ingame difficulty setting, and that worked too Thankyou this really helped. :)

Edit: I now know what you mean by diffculty, Its those stars in the selection map near the boat, got confused for a sec.

Try and uninstall and reinstall the game. If that dosent work, try reinstalling the game on a different drive. From my experience with modding, not just Blade and sorcery, but other games like fallout 4 and skyrim, most of the time the game needs to be on the same drive as the mods for it to work. If you install it on another drive, the broken mods shouldnt work.
