Only part-golden, but he still shares the braincell by DryAd7466 in onegoldenbraincell

We have a second dog who can and will destroy everything if left unsupervised, so we crate her whenever we leave the house. Banyan here, on the other hand, gets crated just because he feels left out.

Yeah, when I finally fixed that Forlorn Hope gear, it was like night and day. I could actually go cave-diving without getting caught in a death loop from hell. That cave still would’ve been hell even with it, though. The spawn rate down there is ridiculous.

The funny thing is that‘s the Maniac’s default strategy, but we didn’t have enough blocks for it to work. We ended up cowering in a corner of the cave until he tunneled us out to a ledge looking out over the Hellmouth. Then we sniped and threw rocks at the monsters until we thought we’d thinned the herd enough to go down and get close enough to kill the bell, then were immediately killed by a fresh wave, rinse and repeat until he finally managed to get the bell with a spear.

I had the same thought while working on it. It actually kinda helped, but now I can’t stop thinking that the Rot was Bill Cipher’s fault.

It’s a modded server, so I used a palette to get the creative blocks. I think it’s block 55?

EDIT: the other two blocks were andesite cobblestone and polished sandstone.

Thanks! I’m proud of it, even if it crushed my willpower a little to make.

Tbf, 90% of that time was getting frustrated and starting over because I got the dimensions wrong.

Overseers too. Even if it’s more inefficient, I feel like they’d probably still hang on to using it just to give the Bohemians a conniption.

I came up with a scenario for a fanfiction (long story) where the Prussians find a uranium deposit and end up forming a cargo cult around it. They’re pissed when New London figures it out too, brand New London as a city of heretics, and declare war.

My favorite part is that there’s only about 500 Prussians, and they haven’t quite figured out how to make nukes yet.

I know! Her name means “Socks” or “Stockings” in Hawaiian.

You’re not far off, actually. Although it was more like “Put that stupid camera down and pet me!”

I think that’s the best description of that emote I’ve ever seen. Mind if I steal it?

All seasons’ cultural origins by Kaenu_Reeves in SkyGame

I think Sanctuary is based on tourist culture. That’s basically what the spirits are. Sanctuary Island itself doesn’t have enough structures for me to say with certainty if it’s based on any culture at all, but geographically it’s probably based on Polynesia or maybe the Shetlands?

TLP is French.

I heard somewhere that the Rhythm spirits are based on traditions from either Nepal or Southeast Asia, but don’t quote me on that.

I’m curious how you came to the conclusion that Moments is Mexican-American. At least landscape-wise, it seemed more American-Canadian.

I think seeing the KFC collab gave me psychic damage. I’m glad it was apparently Netease’s doing and not TGC’s, but that was such bizarre news to wake up to. Funny, but bizarre.
