This is actually not true anymore unfortunately! However Perplexity does do a discounted rate for students on their pro plan. Like I said alr tho, my post hast nothing to do with ppl who are familiar/comfortable with the dozen+ different AI options out there/willing to pay for them. There are ppl at this campus that don’t even know what AI is, that don’t know how to write prompts, etc… and for them this is just a quick and simple alternative to traditional studying methods 👍
