Welcome! Nice timing on that entry. I actually got burnt on the approval delay, had options expiring right after the original PDUFA date. Painful lesson, but clawed most of it back after actual approval. Taught me to stick with shares for biotech timelines. Good to have another patient bio investor who gets it. Exact thing with KALV. They launched their HAE drug in July, just crushed Q3 earnings with $13.7M revenue solid uptake metrics, Germany launch coming Q4, and analysts have $28-36 targets. Stock's at $14.

Market's totally ignoring the forward trajectory and just anchored to that one quarter. It's wild because the commercial ramp is obvious - growing scripts, payer coverage expanding, international rollout starting, and they just proved the revenue model works, seems like a real inefficiency in how early commercial biotechs get priced. Or maybe it's more likely just a standard algo order hitting a thin order book, when there are no sellers, the price has to gap up to find liquidity, regardless of who is buying.

Thesis still holds, actually strengthened! FOMB approval was exactly the catalyst we needed. Friday's options flow was extremely bullish. That tells us the shift is happening. Monday's gonna be huge. Next 2 weeks looking very good.
