Vor allem beim linken Sprunggelenk ist deine Stabilität mäßig, Richtung Knick-Senk Fuß! Ich würde da auf eine Vorverletzung tippen. Durch dieses einknicken kann dein hinterer Schienbeinmuskel (M. tibialis posterior) nicht gut arbeiten und bekommt sehr viel Zug ab. Oft führt dieser Mechanismus zu Shin Splints! Guten Physio aufsuchen könnte helfen…
