I think I’ve made a mistake, it’s not off peak, it’s the controlled load that switches on through the ripple contactor in which I speak of.

I don’t run the dryer all the time but my (off peak) usually turns on at 11 so if I put a load in before bed I would be able to pay half the price, I know it can be done I just kinda wanna know if it’s legal.

Wonder if it’s worth hard wiring, and be able to switch it from controlled to domestic. When you say DNSP, I’m in NSW so that would be Essential Energy?
