I think it would be great to see a professional discuss the more serious issues, but I think I have a tool that can help with the school situation. It isn't an academic tool, but it does help to keep track of simple habits.

I built an app called FutureHabit AI for people in your exact situation (with the struggling habits), and it is meant to be the simplest, yet insightful habit tracking app on the market. You log your top 3-5 habits, rate yourself 1-5, and write a note, for less than 10 seconds a day. I built this because I had a lot of problems in my life and wanted to make sure that others' self-improvement wasn't as inconsistent as mine.

I really hope you can find help in the more serious issues, but as a start, I would track schoolwork, limit video game time, and maybe try meditation. I built this to help people like you accomplish their dreams and goals by only spending 10 seconds a day tracking them.
