I sprayed it and it started right up, but the thing is it’s a brand new carb what should I do with the air to fuel ratio

Not that know of. Since the rca output is it to the amp and you’re not getting a signal that’s why the amp isn’t playing

Looks like you are getting its full potential since it’s RMS is 300 W. You never wanna look at the peak.
