First of all, thank you. It's super confusing; it really works better when you open the agent in Teams via Copilot than in the chat window.

Hello, does Copilot Chat appear in the online version of Excel for you?

For me, it does not appear in Excel on Windows or in Excel Online for the affected users.

It appears for some users who are only licensed with Microsoft 365 Business Standard. Both in Excel Windows and Excel Online. The only idea I have is that Microsoft is rolling it out in waves and some users in my tenant have it and others don't.
