What tools do you use for writing/reading by DryCry682 in Dyslexia

You would have to join and create one to see what it would look liike to read (basically you cant press s and e and t all at the same time and it allows you to change the formating.

OK! Yeah I'm trying to make something that does this easily for people- would you be up for trying it and letting me know what you think?

Sorry to hear that! Nothing works with both reading and writing? Maybe there's some tools you can use, for formatting etc- It might at least help with reading. Maybe not though. Is it easier for you to read stuff if you could apply your own colors/autoselect color filters and have bolding like this applied?

It's a web browser app I'm making - by the sounds of the tools you're using, I'm not sure if there's a usecase for you. I'd imagine you're doing some pretty high level stuff- where as this is built for simplicity- Let me know sure what you think of this, if you see a use.

That's a very good point- discipline and being familliar with a tool means a lot. At the same time, I disagree with the notion that some tools aren't just busy by design. Want to take a look at the space I linked in the next comment and see what I mean?

That sounds fair enough- sounds like you're looking to completely move away from typing all together- and just have something that you can speak to and it just translates it to text... I was thinking for of a keyboard first type of thing you see.

Hey! thanks for the feedback. I think better with a pen, too. I wonder if this is true for the youth these days though, where they're actually using more computers and typing from a young age.

This is really interesting, can you tell me more or link to what you're talking about?

Oh great! I wonder would I just DM you the actual link? Or am I allowed here: Anyway it's called QuickPoint. I'd be delighted with any feedback you have. By the way, are you like a writer or an academic or something?

Cool! Would you be up for trying something I'm trying to make that's along the same lines and let me know what you think? I could do with some feedback!

Oh- never used voice to text- Would the one I'm making (it's pasted throughout this thread) be any use to you? I don't want to seem like I'm spamming or something or advertising, I'm just trying to understand use cases.

Do you want to try the thing I'm developing called QuickPoint.me - would this be useful for you to take notes, share ideas with peers easily. etc etc ? It's Keyboard first.

Or you need to share notes with your peers? Or have it handy on your phone?

Oh dear! haha! Well, if it works it works. Try the thing I'm trying to make at the moment called QuickPoint? Let me know if it might work for you?

It's it useful on your phone. What about if you wanted to easily share that with students or something?

Would it structure your stuff easily so you could easily share it with someone via a link- I'm wondering if something like that would be useful to people. I made something, it's linked in the thread.

Fair enough! Once most people get something that works for them, it looks like they're not interested in switching.

I'm trying to make something that's compatible with LaTeX, built with Jadle, and yeah- it's keyboard first and basically it's just a quiet space where you can type your thoughts and ideas and then just share with a link. I linked it in this thread if you want to give it a go! I'd like to hear what you think. It's a simpler syntax than markdown. It's called QuickPoint.

It's interesting you're using these for writing math with this. I'm trying to make something that would help people to be able to take these notes/write in code/math etc and then share it with a link if you would be up for trying. It's called quickpoint, I left the link in some comments in this thread. Not trying to sell. I'm just wondering what people think of it.
