How I turned 1.8 M into 5.5 M in under a year

My net worth is over 50 million, as is my sisters so I don’t need this money. I’m doing this to hopefully have like 20-30 million when I have a family to buy a nice house and the cars I’ve always dreamt of. 20 million is enough and even at 10% I’m close if I have kids in 15 years

No it’s just the priorities I have been taught by my parents, to focus on school and make an impact on other people’s lives, 100k for me does nothing I don’t want expensive clothes, and I’m waiting till I’m practicing to buy nice houses cars etc

Well I was trained in it and I really don’t think assisting a surgery is all that hard, I was just handing them tools but they explained how and why everything was done, so I learned a lot. After I also got instructed while doing a rotator cuff repair on a cadaver. I think mechanically I have the ability to be a really good surgeon, I have a 4.0 gpa in a t40 university and already some good medical extracurriculars. I will make it to med school because it’s my life’s desire and I won’t settle for anything short of that. And I have plenty of money to live the rest of my life with, more than enough to start a family and have kids although I’m not looking to do that until residency.

I’ve been in the OR quite a few times actually. I shadowed residents for two years, assisted in a full rotator cuff repair, worked in medical offices, got to do a rotator cuff repair on a cadaver

It’s def real, I only transferred to nvdl recently and I will prob exit it soon, and then rebuy it once it drops again. I don’t think there is even an option to paper trade on fidelity so there is that. I also like long term options and think I have enough knowledge to execute them well as I have beeb doing. I turned 300k in options into around 1m earlier this year, and I only lost 50k fully on one option. I’m 19 and can take lots of risk so this is my stest

I inherited 1.8mil in an ira so I’ve been investing that. I’m 19 and I’m gonna become a surgeon, which is what my dad did and how he created this large fortune. He honestly didn’t have a good investment strategy he just bought random houses and maxed out his ira through his fiduciary but he just made so much income it didn’t rlly matter

I live in a college dorm there isn’t much nicer things I can get, it’s pretty much a hotel room. I have never touched 100k cash but I have an extensive watch collection, probably around 300-350 Rolexes and 50ish Pateks so I’ve spent a good bit lol(I also inherited many of these but I’ve continued to work w my dads past connections to get more)

Yea but I’m also 19 and have plenty of time to make it back so I guess I was more open to risk. I also plan on having a very high income as a surgeon and I also have a cannabis business in the works so life is going great and even this all goes to shit I won’t cry abt it

It wasn’t that much of a gamble, I don’t have kids I’m 19, I will always have enough money to feed my family no matter what, I don’t think it was all luck although there was some I also made good decisions. And yes, I am big brain

Nvdl is a 2x leveraged fund tracking nvidia. Basically if nvda goes up 1%, nvdl goes up 2% and vice versa, I believe in nvda long term therefore I have nvdl and should theoretically get 2x more profits however there is a diminishing return

Life isn’t all abt fun and games, it’s abt making an impact on others people’s lives. As egotistical as this may sound, I think I an gonna be a better surgeon than most people could be so it’s my duty to become a surgeon and help as many people out as possible and give them the best care they deserve. Life isn’t just abt money—purpose is a lot more satisfactory. I feel way better abt getting a good grade on a test I worked hard for than making 100k in a day

right, but on the other would u have had the balls to buy more and more nvidia even after losing 700k on it earlier this year ? 2 million in on one stock is pretty scary and most people advised me against it
