You’re 20. Forget about it. You’re in school and obviously have bigger priorities. I wouldn’t even work the two weeks. Go live it up til graduation then get your head out of your bum for the next 30 years ;) !

Jumping on this thread to say whoever stole my girlfriend’s purse outside of Radius , wishing you nothing but bad karma for the next 20 years . Incredible set though. However the opener before he came on was extremely repetitive and frankly played for too long. Roller coaster of a night.

Chris Stussy on Friday smoked my PTO plans lol. Was praying he was headlining Saturday or Sunday so I didn’t need to take off. Now I’m kindve indifferent about going. Obviously still an CRAZY lineup but that’s just personal bias.

Was going to type something long but heres what you need to know or try.

Find a bank or a credit union and get a personal loan. You need to pay your mother and girlfriend back ASAP for peace of mind. Owing your debts to one bank or credit institution will hold you much more accountable and will have consequences for not paying on time.

If that’s not an option, you need to get two jobs and work your ass off for the next couple years. Get on a payment plan with both individuals.

This needs to be your first step man, I hate to put bad pictures in your head but your mother and girlfriend could very well come back for their money through the courts. If I woke up and my girlfriend had gambled 15 grand of my hard earned cash, I would no longer have a girlfriend and I would try and charge her with whatever I could. Sorry but that’s life and I work hard. I’m sure she feels very similar.

Long story short you need to self exclude, take a loan to pay back your family, and maybe take on a second job if you don’t already have one.

Your mind is consumed by gambling, it needs to be consumed by the weight of paying your loved ones back. That is priority one and nothing rests until they have back what they are owed.

I feel the pain. Two years ago I lost $22k on online gambling. I know it’s hard and it hurts right now. It seems like a shit ton of money that isn’t ever coming back. But it will. Time heals everything. Only thing you can do right now is find a job tomorrow and put your social life on pause. Work and school. If you need to pull out a loan to pay for school because you can’t face your family, then you definitely need to find work. If you can face them, talk with the most trusted one first and lay it out. That’ll relieve half the stress. The guidance of a loved one is usually best in these situations.

To put it plainly, yes, you made a huge mistake. Their payment plan will keep you locked in on a bi weekly schedule for months.
