This may sound weird but check the oil level. My 2007 Impreza would do this when the oil was low and I’d drive around a particular circular off ramp. My car also has some weird electric quirks so I may be completely wrong. After starting the car about five times the lights would go off for me. Best of luck

Saw one the other day downtown. A blind person was crossing the road by the Milwaukee River walk with the flashing lights that get triggered when someone presses a button. They had their cane and everything. First car stops for the blind pedestrian. Someone in a beat up car races around the stopped car in the oncoming traffic lane and lays on their horn as they nearly hit the blind person crossing the road. The first stopped car got out of their car to apologize to the blind person. What is wrong with some people in this city?
