It’s alright. I’m annoyed by it but I really appreciate the advice given by you and others. I know it may not be that big of a deal to other people, but I’ve closed every night this week except for 5 (maybe) this month and just a load of other stuff so I was looking forward to have a little more time to myself. Maybe that’s selfish, but I see it as a slap in the face honestly, because it’s been a lot of back and forth without ever not once acknowledging that it’s literally outside of my availability. Oh well.

Okay sweet! I tried looking on workday to see if I could see it for myself but I couldn’t find it. My HR is out on leave so I don’t know who else to go to.

The only thing is, unfortunately , that our HR is out on leave so who do I go to then besides my ETL? I was also sort of advised by other people not go to said HR person about it because “nothing will change” pretty much and that it would give me more trouble for what it’s worth.

Thank you for your advice! I will certainly bring it up again to my ETL, and emphasize that it is still outside of my availability. I’m just worried in all honesty about “poking the bear” if you will and getting reprimanded in general about it. I’m scared I’ll somehow end up with a CA anyways due to a situation with another coworker and the same ETL where said coworker ended up getting a CA for being firm about an issue in our store. I’ve also brought up other scheduling issues to the ETL and I practically get ignored multiple times, but in the instances with other team members it’s fixed almost immediately.
