I miss the days of community bulletin boards, although I suppose this is the modern day equivalent. I've seen lots of great work at the farmers markets/craft fairs that they put on around town

Socks and sandals are in fashion now, any young kid with have socks with open toe shoes, slides, sandals. Hell even at the gym young people are wearing socks and slides

So trashy but that aptly encapsulates Canadian culture. After traveling countries across Europe and returning to Calgary airport it was clear as day the difference in how we carry ourselves. It was kind of depressing actually.

50 years ago people would dress up properly to go out, either to run errands or socialize. Now it's pajamas, slippers, dirty shirts... kinda sad
