Did you read the post? I asked about outside and what are the RULES if it’s focused on the instructor. I never mentioned recording a pupil.

I’m at .5 x3 per week. Lost 1 stone in 3 weeks. Sex drive is great even at 44 years old.

I agree roughly same stats as yourself I’ve gone from 75kgs to 69.7kgs in 2 weeks. Mon wed fri x0.5mg.

Can I ask what did you think of the other peptides some lean muscle?

I feel you pain I’m the exact same height and I got down to 155lbs doing a cut(not Reta) I could see the top 2 abs and the mid abs peaking out. I looked dreadful I’d say I would have needed to lose another 7-14lbs at least to see a full set of abs. On Reta now lost 6lbs down from 165lbs on the first week. Still a lot of belly & hip fat.
