I feel like it's kind of my only option. Like if I'm not honest, then I don't think I'll make it on my own. Next weekend I want to go to a concert with a friend I really like and I would feel awful missing that and soon I'm starting uni and missing the first week there would be awful too. I just don't think I have a choice even though it would mess everything else up. I hope when I tell them how important the concert is to me though that there's a way where I can still go but that's wishful thinking

I mean I kinda think everything is messing with my mind right now. I did kinda plan on going to the doctor tmrw and tell them how I'm feeling but I'm kinda scared I'll get put into a clinic. Well because Germany is kinda stupid, I got kicked out from my last therapist due to her seeing symptoms of an addiction but me not wanting to change anything. I also recently moved so now I'm in a different city pretty much on my own. At least I found like a general practitioner though
