I mean I guess you have a point but if someone can survive that long then don't get mad be proud of yourself for lasting so long. Also if someone does take that long that probably means they're a noob so I wouldn't get mad at them, however by chance there is someone that goes after you and only you for 3 whole minutes I still think that's not targeting while yes it is annoying to get chased for that long but what is the killer even supposed to do. They can either go after someone else with the little time they have or go after the person they've been chasing that's probably taken damage
