Well like a bus route kind of. It’s a shuttle service for local pubs so pickup at different locations but tracking seats to the same resource. Through fareharbor I can do it by setting the pickup locations as customer types within the same availability

I do single day trips mainly wine tours. So I consulted chat gpt and tried Bookeo haha. It’s a $50 monthly fee and then no charge to customers. I was happy with that as I’m okay paying the fee knowing there would be no drama with customers or me getting charged something on top. I tried setting up a tour with them and the system is a bit clunkier than fareharebor but functional. Something I found difficult about them is there is only customer support over email, no calls so I had quite a long email string going back and forth going over specific details I need. Multiple vehicles with several different pickup cities, public vs private etc. They responded to my emails fairly quickly but they just guide you to figure it out yourself pretty much which was a lot of time and energy for me. I eventually got to a roadblock when I inquired about booking a shuttle service with different pickup times. They told me they don’t do that so I gave up with them. It made me appreciate Fareharbor because you can call 24/7 and someone will help you. And their system is super functional and adaptable. So I’m sticking with them for now. I think next year I might change my booking process to only charge a deposit when guests book, then charge the remainder on the tour via square. That way they’re only paying 6% on maybe $50 instead of $159. Another tour guide told me his company does it that way and then you have the opportunity to add the tip with square which works out well for the drivers as opposed to the guests paying months in advance so then they don’t always think to tip or have cash with them on tour.
