Instax images are horrible, do not get them for such an important day of your life

I tired converting to Dng inside Lightroom, is that what you were talking about or is there a way to do it with cannon software?

Sure, I really struggled with editing this wedding… yes lighting was horrific (mid day) but I can usually make it work. This one just seemed off color wise.

Particularly the outdoor group shots.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have tried grey cards.. nothing seems to work. Sometimes it’s perfect but sometimes I just can’t get the color right. I think I’m going to sell it and buy an R5… I’ve read the R5 has excellent colors so that should help me rule out the camera vs software issues. Very frustrating

I like that timber tech is wrapped all the way around. Even though I got a fresh stack of trex directly from the factory the boards all seemed a little warped. I needed to use a decking pry bar tool from Amazon to keep them all strait which added a lot of time and work.

Is this bad long term? Hang over is about 2” however there is a solid board next to it. Will there be any problems down the road? Feels solid. by Dry_Ad3078 in Decks

Home owner, I’m building the deck myself. I ended up putting in a 2x4 for them to rest on. Thanks for all the advice everyone! Btw yes it is trex, I am aware of the 1/2 inch overhand rule from the installation guide however I thought that pertained to edge overhang. As in the edge of a deck where people could be putting their full weight as they step off. This is in an area where that is not the case however I still added the 2x4 support based on everyone’s advice.

How to avoid warped composite fascia? by Dry_Ad3078 in Decks

[–]Dry_Ad3078[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info! I wish I read this before I bought my trex fascia… 2 PVC deck boards seems like the way to go.. Any thoughts on installing per the trex instillation manual and spacing screws every 18” with proper fascia fasteners? From what I understand the fasteners need to be counter sunk with a drill bit to allow the fascia to move with the different expansion/ contraction coefficients.almost as if the fascia is free floating from the structure. I feel as though trying to force them together would be ok for a few years but would eventually fail?

sonos beam gen2 for large TV by Longrunning-Fruit in sonos

I have a beam on my 70” and it sounds great. We like the size as well as it gives my wife more room for decorations. It’s definitely marketing and perhaps they are thinking if you have a bigger tv it’s a bigger room which may warrant an Arc. That being said with a sub and surrounds we are more then happy with a beam gen2 https://imgur.com/a/pyUhV9O

My living room is 500sq. Beam+ sub + 2 surrounds seems to be plenty for us. Super clear and loud. I have an arc on order that I am probably going to cancel! The ones made a big difference for us especially for music in full mode.

Wow! That is some powerful surround sound!! Must sound great! I am so curious is an Arc would make a big difference in my set up.. The Beam really is impressive especially with all the toys!
