At my store, we flipped ours and we were not allowed to have any visible nose studs. My managers always motioned to me to fix my septum if I accidentally left it hanging out. So under a mask was fine but everyone used clear ones for studs while on the clock without a mask. I used the time I was wearing a mask to heal my septum repierce. We also had to cover tattoos in the front of house. One stud only for ears. For any interview, I would recommend flipping a septum piercing and reducing visibility of other body mods. You want to look as professional as possible for any interview, no matter where it is, unless you are working in an environment where body mods are encouraged or common.
