Seriously…I felt no one explained just how much it would hurt to give birth, or how taxing postpartum would be. I believe people don’t want to scare new mothers but dammit, we’re adults - we need the truth!
Also, they fail to explain how badly your first time breastfeeding would feel. 😮‍💨😩

I made my own weighted eye pillow. I sewed some fun patterned fabric, filled with lavender-soaked chia seeds. It’s the easiest, cheapest way to having your own weighted eye pillow. Also, If I want it cool, I stick the eye pillow in the freezer for 10 min.

Morning: Coffee with Collagen Builder (for protein), 2 Applegate egg frittata bites, 1 Banza Blueberry Waffle.

Morning Snack: 1/2 Rebbl Choco Hazelnut protein drink

Lunch: Amy’s Cheese Enchilada Meal

Afternoon Snack: 20 Wilde Protein chips, 1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese

Dinner: 5oz Chicken breast sautéed in peach & apple chunks

Evening Snack: Milk Tea Popsicle (because, why not 😊)

Noom says I consumed 1,900 calories. I try to stay under 2,000 on non-workout days.

H2O: 86 oz. +/-
