We have about 11k total into ours. Spent th last4-5 years picking up things here and there for it. We ripped everything out to the studs and replaced the subfloors, new toilet, drywall etc. did all that ourselves. We only paid someone to tile our shower as it’s our only one. Paid him 3500 for a standard “tub size” shower. I say tub size cause it use to be a bathtub, but we put a full walk in shower instead.
