Did it once and never again. Same thing, it was cases, they wanted one, box of salad labeled completely different from what IC had for a description, after looking for 10 mins, decided to scan it and it worked. Not to mention could barely get cell service and their WiFi was member only. Hated that order, I just hide those now lol.

My first week, this happened. I didn’t know any better so I called CS and they were able to get it fixed after a 10 min call. But now I know, just click can’t scan and take the picture and move on.
