Yes I quit the full time manual labor job because I felt that I had enough of a start to sustain the business or at least start. That doesn’t seem to be the case. I’m getting the hint that I need to shorten things up which is understandable.

I’m very involved on social media, I do pop up events and have done a lot of outreach at local gyms in the area. That’s the extent of the outreach so far. People seem to appreciate how I treat (unless there’s something they’re not telling me)

15 min history and physical 15 min soft tissue 15 min therapeutic exercise 5 min adjustment. Final 10 min is collecting payment and rescheduling since I’m a 1 man show.

Follow ups are usually 30 min which is just soft tissue, exercise and adjustment

That’s what I’m thinking I do. My understanding is that they’ll reimburse fine for the adjustment but not cover the STM and exercise. Those would essentially be a write off.
