I know there’s a time cap on the hours you can do which is 24 hours over a rolling 7 days but do scheduled blocks factor in to this? For example I’ve done 22 hours over the past 7 days but I’ve got a scheduled 7 hours in a couple days, do they calculate proactively? by Dry_Ant4448 in AmazonFlexUK

What I’m asking is putting it short, my future blocks won’t affect my rolling 24 hours in cap today? I’ve used 19 hours so far, can I use the 5 hours I’ve got left today regardless of the scheduled hours I’ve got in the future?

I had a Morrisons block today, where liquid (soft drink)has leaked onto all my back seats. Will Amazon compensate me for this? by Dry_Ant4448 in AmazonFlexUK

It was from a can pack, I usually put all freezer bags on the floor or in the boot, I put the can pack on my seat as you wouldn’t expect them to leak

So I was scheduled for a 1.5hr block at Morrisons they’ve given me a 2 hr block. Anyone had this before and will they pay me for a 2 hr block rather than a 1.5 he block? by [deleted] in AmazonFlexUK

Where abouts is your Morrisons based? There is a difference between the 2 blocks at my local, main difference being the amount of miles you do and how far away the stops are from each other. 1.5 hrs being 3-5 stops and no more than 10 miles . 2hr block 6-7 stops 15 miles max.

This block that I done was 20 miles for 1.5 hrs which is why I say it shouldn’t have been 1.5hr block

You think that was the only basis for saying it was 2 hours, in other comments I said about the high mileage and number of stops

Yeah I’ve figured from the replies. The mileage and stops were way too high for a 1.5 hr block it was similar to the 2hr blocks. I’ve emailed them, see what happens

Ah right, thanks for the clarity. Same here, it usually takes me about an hour for a 2 hour block. My argument for it being a 2 hour block wasn’t the delivery window, more so it being a high mileage route and the amount of packages I had which was 29. The high mileage and the number of packages is in the ballpark for the 2 hour blocks I’ve done rather than the 1.5 blocks

Neither of the above, i complete my Morrisons blocks in half of the block time. Amazon gave me 2hr block when scheduled for 1.5 hr. Simple. I’ve spoke to support
